These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of H2XUSA.com and any purchase of H2X products from A2X LLC (“H2X,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Who we are

## 2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase H2X. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18.

## 3. Products and dietary-supplement notice

H2X molecular hydrogen tablets are a dietary supplement. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Always talk with your healthcare provider before starting a supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. Results vary.

## 4. Orders and pricing

We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limits. Prices and offers on the site, including subscription pricing, may change. You pay the price shown at checkout for that order.

## 5. Payment

Payment is due at checkout. We accept the methods shown at checkout through Squarespace Payments. You authorize us to charge the selected method for the order and, if you start a subscription, for each renewal until you cancel.

## 6. Shipping, returns, and cancellation

## 7. Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically at the then-current subscription price plus applicable tax and shipping, until you cancel under the Cancellation Policy. You are responsible for keeping your payment method and address current.

## 8. Intellectual property

All site content, trademarks, logos, and product names are owned by A2X LLC or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. U.S. Patent 11,266,169 B2 relates to the underlying tablet technology.

## 9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to break security, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or submit false order information.

## 10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, A2X LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

## 11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify A2X LLC and its members and employees against claims arising from your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of these Terms.

## 12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in San Diego County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court.

## 13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
