# Cancellation Policy

This policy covers H2X subscriptions and one-time orders placed at H2XUSA.com.

## Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not cancel a shipment that has already been packed or handed to the carrier.

To cancel:

1. Sign in to your H2X account and cancel the subscription, or

2. Email info@h2xusa.com with the subject “Cancel subscription” and your order or account email.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. If we have already charged a renewal and the box has not shipped, email us the same day and we will refund that renewal.

## Skipping a shipment

If your account offers a skip option, you may skip an upcoming shipment instead of canceling. A skip does not end the subscription.

## One-time orders

A one-time order can be canceled for a full refund if it has not yet shipped. Email us as soon as possible. After it ships, the [Return & Refund Policy](/returns) applies.

## How refunds are issued

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days after we confirm the cancellation.
